Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to Ledgeranta s. r. o. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ledgeranta s. r. o., with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 08 Bratislava, Company Reg. No. 56 412 893, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sro, File No. 187432/B. You can contact us at privacy@ledgeranta.com.
2. Data we process
We process the following categories of data: identification data (first name, last name), contact data (email address, phone number), technical data (IP address, device type, browser) and data about your activity on the website. When investing, we additionally process data required for client identification under Slovak AML Act No. 297/2008 Coll.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: provide platform services, send the newsletter (based on consent), fulfil statutory obligations (AML, tax regulations, ECSP regulation), improve our services and deliver marketing communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Retention period
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, and at least for periods required by law — for AML data 5 years after the end of the business relationship, for accounting records 10 years.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. You can submit requests at privacy@ledgeranta.com.
7. Data recipients
We may share data with our processors (cloud service providers, KYC/AML identification services, payment service providers), with public authorities in cases provided by law, and with our development partners exclusively for the purpose of executing investments.
8. Data security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, multi-factor authentication and regular security audits.
