Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing in construction and development projects. It works by pooling your capital with other investors so you can participate in real estate projects that would otherwise be hard to access individually.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the defined targets are met, the profits are distributed proportionally among all participants based on the size of their investment.
